Refund Policy

The short version

You never buy blind. The editor and the watermarked preview export are free — you check the exact output (every panel, every size, every language) before you subscribe. A subscription unlocks watermark-free export and store publishing; you can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. AI credits are bought separately and never expire. A defective file is always redelivered at no cost.

Subscriptions (Solo & Studio)

  • Solo and Studio renew automatically — monthly or yearly, whichever plan you pick — until you cancel.
  • Cancel anytime from your account: you keep full access until the end of the period you've already paid for, and you're not billed again.
  • Before subscribing you can export the free watermarked preview — it is identical to what you'll receive, minus the watermark. Because access is immediate and you verified the output for free, a paid period is not refundable once it has started and you've used a paid feature in it (an export or a publish), except where the law requires otherwise.
  • Subscribed and changed your mind before using any paid feature? You keep your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal — email info@mokbi.com and we'll refund it.
  • A yearly plan is one payment for the year. If you cancel part-way through, you keep access until the year ends; we don't pro-rate a refund for the unused months, again except where the law requires it.

Immediate access & the EU right of withdrawal

Mokbi delivers digital content and a service the instant you subscribe. At checkout you confirm that you want immediate access and you acknowledge that you lose the EU 14-day right of withdrawal for a paid feature once it's used — that is, once a watermark-free export is delivered, a publish is run, or an AI credit is spent. If you subscribe and withdraw within 14 days before using any paid feature, you get a full refund. If you asked us to start immediately and then withdraw within 14 days after some use, we may keep a proportionate amount for the part already provided. This consent is recorded at the point of purchase by our payment processor.

AI credits

Each plan includes a monthly batch of credits (5 on Solo, 15 on Studio) that refreshes every month and does not carry over. On top of that you can buy credit packs; bought credits never expire and stack on your balance. A credit is delivered the moment you spend it on a generation (the AI Designer or an AI image), so spent credits are non-refundable — except where the law requires otherwise, or where a technical fault on our side caused a generation to fail; failed generations are auto-refunded to your balance, and if one slips through, mail us and we'll credit it back.

Bought a credit pack and haven't spent any of it? You still hold your statutory right of withdrawal on the unused pack — email info@mokbi.com within 14 days and we'll refund it. Once you spend a credit, the pack is considered in use.

Defective files

Is a delivered file corrupt, or doesn't it match the preview? We redeliver it free of charge — that's a defect, not a change of mind. Mail info@mokbi.com. Changing your design after export creates a new design; the version you exported stays available to you unchanged.

Goodwill refunds

Outside the cases above we're not obliged to refund, but we'd rather have happy people than your money on a technicality. If something went wrong — an accidental purchase, a charge you didn't expect, a renewal you meant to cancel — email us and we'll look at it case by case.

Cancelling your subscription

Cancel anytime from your account. Your plan stops renewing and you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for — nothing is charged after that. Your projects and any credit packs you bought stay in your account (bought credits never expire). To export watermark-free or publish again after a plan ends, you'd start a new subscription period.

How refunds are processed

All payments go through Creem as Merchant of Record. Approved refunds appear on the same card / method used to pay, usually within 3–5 business days. We don't issue store credit.

Chargebacks

If you'd open a chargeback with your bank, please email us first — it's almost always faster, and because you previewed the exact output before subscribing and can cancel anytime, we can resolve genuine issues (like a defective file or an unwanted renewal) directly by redelivering or refunding.
